1. Who we are
This online store, New Beginnings Therapy Shop at shop.newbeginnings-elp.com (the "Store"), is operated by New Beginnings Pediatric Speech Therapy Services, PLLC, DBA New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy Services, 1512 N Zaragoza Rd Ste C-1, El Paso, TX 79936 ("we," "us"). The Store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
The Store sells apparel, drinkware, and accessories that are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product, and print placement can vary slightly from item to item. Products are for personal use.

3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or an item becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
The New Beginnings name, logos, designs, and all content in the Store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with how it runs, or using it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Store and its products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://shop.newbeginnings-elp.com/policies/privacy-policy) explains how we handle your personal information.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them here, and the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
